Some people are not too smart. I am 99% sure that seller doesn't own that machine in the picture.

did you report it to ebay? seller says don't bid and i guess send him an email for parts. im sure thats against ebay rules somehow.

Howdy, What makes you think it could be a fraud? I was going to sell something very heavy to a guy in Michigan. When he wanted it shipped UPS. I got spooked and decided not to sell it to him. The freight would have been $250.00 for a $100.00 item. I read on the UPS site that if the shippee does not pay the shipping they can charge back the shipper.

I used to chat with the owner of the machine a few years ago. A lot has happened in the past 4 years or so, but I'm 99% sure the guy lived in the US.
Howard, I no longer need to report it. Ebay must have smelled fraud or seen a rule violation, they have already removed it.
