Rotax is the engine used in Sea-Doo, Bombardier (CanAM) ATV's and I am sure they are used on the snowmobiles as well. IF I am not mistaken BRP owns Rotax. Tigers used the Rotax engine in there machines so that is likley the reason that BRP's name wound up on one side of it. If Tiger wasnt owned by BRP (and i dont think they were) then they contracted out there engines to them just like Arctic cat or Polaris does most or all of there machines today. Helps keep your cost down where your not spending all your R&D money on the engine like Cannondale did and look where they wound up.

Cannondale had poor financing, end of story... They STILL have an engine that romps all over a new raptor and/or 450 and has fully tunable fuel injection to match... Long live the Dales....

Start a long list. And don't forget the $ for the hard to find stuff.

I love a C-Dale and I know all about them. I was using them as an example of more R&D than money (poor financing) thats all.
