yeah - the article tells it how it is, but my gosh, the stats are alarming - this goes to show that it is people - not ATV's. If people would follow rules this would not happen. I hear about these wrecks around here alot, and most of the deaths are from riding on pavement roads while intoxicated and missing a turn or something?!?!?! Although as the article states, I'll just bet that the main reason in the majority of these accidents is inexperience!
