i was looking up some info and found this, i guess if you are buying a car/truck you can check to make sure it wasn't reported as a flood car from down south from Katrina. kinda neet just thought i'd post it. never know might save one person..

oh man, I have to reinspect those flood cars sometimes, they make there way into georgia and florida, fresh water damage dosnt usaully destory them its the salt water damaged ones they will drive fine for a while then die as all the connections slowly corrode away, I have sent about 100 to the junk yards as total losses after somebody bought them! big nasty headache!
