If you threaten to terminate your services for disatisfaction, AOL should give you free service for a while to try and brib you into staying.

I have known about 4-5 people that have free internet from AOL from complaining, one of whom has been feeding off the freebie for over a year!

what ever you do dont get netzero...it is the worst internet provider in the history of the internet....if verizon dsl is available in your area get that....$14.95 a month and is lightning fast...i download songs in about a minute and videos in a couple minutes....it that best deal right now in high speed ...I LOVE IT!!!:w00t: :w00t:
