I'm lovin the name "dert", man. If your last name was Joe, at the hospital, they'd give him a nametag that said "Joe, Dert" LOL

How about Samantha or Elizabeth. I like old traditional names, and one of my pet peves is people who make up names for their kids that are not names or even words!!!! I see it all the time. Like Skiler or Eiken. No offense to parents out there that have done this, but I think it is really stupid! Just my opinion.

I might be young...but I dislike the way parents are nameing their kids these days. You cant pronounce them, and you damn sure cant spell them.
I like Sara, Miranda, and I met someone about a month ago named Tarrin. I really like that name...it's different, yet simple.

Names can effect a person's personality. Do a little research. They can also piss family off if you use one grandma's name without the other. When our daughter named our granddaughter she chose three names. Laura ( my mom's name) Kate (the name she liked) Ona ( my wife's mom's name) and then her last name Clay.
We call her Katie.

Ya, picking a name is tough. I thought about it for the whole 9 months and was still deciding in the hospital. We ended up naming our little girl Autumn. It's pretty, my favorite time of year, and that is when she was born. We picked Rose for her middle name, because that was her great grandmas name. Make a list of all the good ones you hear, and you 2 can narrow it down together. Try to keep it between you and your wife. Family ALWAYS has suggestions, and then feelings can get hurt.
we have been through the baby name book several times and cant agrree on nothing. with my last name being mann we are trying to find something that flows pretty good. with my first one we had a choice between two and made the final name of tessa right when we saw her.
my wife went to the dr. yesterday and they are having problems so they might induce a month early which will be about halloween. so i am running out of time!!!!!

Tell us about her interests. That might help. Is she into religion? Perhaps a biblical name?
