i have a stock kfx400 except for a yoshi slip-on
i want to know how good a Wiseco Piston with 12.2.1 compression will be
and will i notice a significant power increase
its fairly cheap 10$
Thanks,

well i think, not 100% but your stock piston is already 12:1.you probally will only notice it reving quicker,as the wiesco should be a lighter piston.i know my zuk is 12:1 stock,so i assume the kfx is the same.

you can also do the base gasket mod its pretty easy.

theres two different mods, one is to run a drz400 base gasket which brings you to the compression limit of pump gas, or the stock base gasket is three gaskets riveted together. you remove the gasket remove the rivits and just use the middle gasket. it takes 20thousands out of the gasket thickness. its the same as the drz gasket and I beleive the drz gasket is only like 50.00 so you might as well just buy the gasket imo.
