How do you end an auction early?

In your ebay under that item you right click your options.....its there

I only can find "show/hide options" and its not in there. Am I mising somthing?

Use the "End Auction Early" form.

When I am in my ebay and looking at the item I am selling to the right of it there is a box that says "sell similar" with a checK mark...If you click on that it will give you the options related to that item....if you scroll down it says "end item"

Its alot easier than going to help section and finding your way to it

just a note .. if you end it early and have bids at that time the high bidder becomes the winner at the amount it was when it ended so make sure you cancel all bids if any before you end the auction

Yes the real reason you can end is the mere fact that something you are selling can break, a mistake can be made when listing a lot of items, and people say they have it listed locally and can end item at any time. Ebay still gets their listing fee.

There is another option that seller can end early to the highest bidder...I've seen that before...never done it though....that way ebay gets their final final fee in addition to the listing fee.

in the last 24hrs left in the auction you can't cancel the auction .... it won't let you .
