Well i can see a downsizing of the military, along with paycuts and fleet cutbacks. All i got to say is it doesnt matter what color they wear, politicians are all the same to me. The are all blood sucking weasels who will tell you what you want to hear until they get elected, then its tie for the true colors to show through. Looking for more guncontrol shits to, they will have to take them from my cold dead fingers.

If you arent worried then maybe you should move to a place like that and see what those governments are like. We could all have it worse, but it could be better to. Just because you live in the US doesnt mean you are safe. Think your rights are safe? Think again. Think you could never have your guns taken right out of your hands, think again. Look at what happened in NO after something so small as a hurricane. All these buzzards are already circling looking for more reasons to take your responsibilities/rights away from you. IF you arent fighting for your rights then you are loosing them.

Get out of here, do you honestly think one person is the reason that whole debacle is the way it is? It would be a mistake to pull out right now, but we cant stay there forever. I guess people think that this new SECDEF is going to flick a magic switch and all the deaths will stop. Not going to happen. Things will always get better, its just a question of when and for how long.

Im here in Missouri, where I'm glade the democrat won. Neither of the candidates were any good, but the republican Talent was a charactorlis A hole, I didnt really like him.

Plus here in Missouri, we finally passed the stem cell initiative. A lot of people in the area fly banners that say ban cloning-no on 2, when we are not legalizing the cloning of humans, we are legalizing the study of imbilical cords, and adult steam cells. Good cures could come out of this, close minded people get on my nerves.

Way I see it, you don't satify your boss at work, you get fired! Bottom line is the majority of the American public is not satifyed with the direction this country is heading, so we fired them. I agree with you dante, but are the dems going to close them? Are they going to cut the free health care and welfare? Are they going to enforce the laws that are already on the books, or are they going ot be another Clinton and make new laws and not enforce them either. Look at Clintons gun laws, straight BS, and completely worthless. I just want to take over the country for about 6 months, man would I make some real enemies.

I really don't think anyone on a national level is going to do a damn thing. All of them seem to chicken-*Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited* to do anything, they are scared to lose potential votes. Here in Texas everytime our local officials try to enfore the current laws and create new ones to help with the problem, LULAC (a hispanic affimative action group) screams and crys racism. Its a joke. We a citzens need to do something about it by not using services of these illegals. Its really coming to a boil here because a few months ago a officer was killed attempting to arrest a illegal immigrant who was a convicted pedifile who had been deported in the past. We had a principl at a High School repramanded for flying a mexican flag on the flag pole. People here are becoming very upset at these things. If your concern is the dems not doing anything on illegal immigration you should feel at ease some what because Texas, and California(90% of were its happening) both have elected Rep governors and I know Texas has mostly Rep. senators and represenatives. This is a problem that is not gooing to get solve on the federal level, but on the local level.
