Can someone please explain these to me? Are not these people paying for listing fees??? I don't get it. What kind of person would even consider bidding on one of these - then in a day - it will be a 4 wheeler - then it will be gone....

currently a 1980 ATC110 for $4200
no headlight - no stickers - obviously the picture was horked from the web.....
