hey buys just wonderin what you guys think about this-
i bought a guitar for 10 on ebay -but with shipping ,insurance,it was 72dollars
never got it!!
opened a dispute- they guy closed shop-- the same month there were 28 bad feedbacks,people done the same way----
we all got screwed in that month
ebay wouldn't persue it because it was 10 and not 20.00,anything under 20 they cant file a clame they said!!:mad:
they guy had good feed back too!- before i sent the money!-(that is)
so now im out 72 and my neices crappy guitar!!
just wanted to here some feed back----

basically everyone could be done this way - and "oh well from ebay"
i figure ebay should help out more it was sold through them - the price shouldn't matter
--- so mabe 100 or so could be screwed and ebay doesn't care??
so -- mabe my local court house huh?- but then its goin to cost even more:mad:

I just had new guy on ebay file a claim against me 2 days after I got his payment. I think the amount was only like $5 or something close to that. Sorry to hear you got stiffed.

im tryin to find out about a cam that i got for 5--- 3weeks still no part! the prick says he did his part what a ***edited****
i need it for my core -because web cam returned mine!!! it wasnt perfect i guess
well that swhat they do is remanufacture them!!

oh he won't talk now he said he did his part, and basically thats that,
so im goin to call the post office and have it checked from him to me some how -it should be in the postal computer if he sent it ,
if not he is a liar ,and its got to be some kind of federal fraud!!- its out of state, deals with money kept for something not received, some thing needs done
thats cashing a check ,-w/o consent!! ??
even if its a dollar its still somekind of federal deal isnt it??
oh and in his last remarks he said he shipped it 11/25/06 !!
it was before november lol!!
what pisses me off is this is the second time its happened through ebay, and i know they wont do anything because its under 20.00!!!
shouldnt the feds do do something? - for free -its there j o b for money stolen,?
