He pulled out in front of dude cuz the bike rider was being stupid and riding a wheelie but I dont think that was the correct way to handle it. I am sure the biker can and would sue the police for that stupid stunt.

I say this, but please understand that I DO NOT agree with a cop pulling out in front of a rider. No matter what the situation- just uncalled for. However, if the guy were to wreck, then it would be the police's fault because they did not stop a speeding, reckless motorcycle riding a wheelie on the public roads. Cops are in a lose-lose situation like that too often.

Cops get sued when they beat on someone who is resisting.....pulling in front of a dude doing a wheely is excessive force in my book
