sorry guys just venting a little, i finally get off in the morning for the weekend. (its been a couple weeks). heading to the lake again to do some fishing, hunting (maybe), and definitly some riding. i'll have pics come sunday so lookout!!!!
oh, did i mention i will consume more beer than you will dream about. HEHEHEHE
well we had a horrible weekend. before i could get many pictures taken of our ride. The neighbor across the street took it upon himself to go to a known mudhole down the road and drop a steel plate in the bottom of it that he personally welded nails to it. WE ALL GOT FLATS. The guy that lives across the street from the mudhole put on some brand new vampires , not even a day old, and all his tire are flat. Even his 4x4 dakota is flat.
The night before someone at our camp overheard someone talking about some contraption in a mudhole, but he never thought about it much until all that crap happend.
So what we did , we went to the mudhole i put my waders on got a rake and rummaged through the mud until i found the plate, tied a strap to a corner pulled it out. Told every person that drove by who did it , cause they stopped and asked, and they said yeah, we got flats from that hole. Threw the plate onto the 4 wheeler rack and dropped it off in this driveway. Then it was a freakin yelling match. neighborly fued i guess. The guy that did it wouldn't step out of his yard for shrit. wuss. But his days coming because the Rednecks that live up there with him said they will be taken care of him , because of there flats.
So we came home saturday morning. I hope i dont have to many more of those kinds of weekends in the future

was it his property? or is he just a *Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited*???
thats a lot of cash in tires!!!!!!
Holy cow!!!!!

yeah, he confessed, he said he told us about it, which he didn't cause why in the "fish" would we have went through it if we'd had known. IDIOT. It wasn't even his property were he put the spikes. It was another mans property that he didn't even get permission. His motiv is either, becuase he was tired of driving by and seeing the mudhole or secondly it was because he was trying to get us to quit riding at night becasue he may hear us or something and we keep him up. I dont know.
Its not my camp or my neighbors, if it were i would be pressing an issue and them tires would be getting payed for. I dont want to get into the middle of something that i should just stay out of simply because they are not my neighbors and i dont have to deal with them regularly.
they guys gonna get whats coming, trust me!!!!!!!!! :Bounce

Man what a %ick!!! Someone could have fallen in that hole and got some serious injuries. If it were me I would have called the cops, especially after he confessed about doing it.

Didnt you say you popped some of your tires? and you dont want any part of it?
I would call the police. Im no legal expert but it sounds like this guy can be held liable, and have to shell some money out. Heres what I have gathered:
-Planed to pop tires
-Was not on his property
-Confessed to his actions
Does anyone around here know if they have a case, or can take it to small claims courts? I think that would be the ultimate punishment. Screw jacking around and vandilization, that can only lead to worse things. The worst you could do to that guy is have him replace all the tires that were damaged. Thats a lot of money.
Good luck.
your exactly right, he should be liable to pay for the tires, (hell, the tires alone on the rhino were 800 bucks). Its their neighbors, not mine, i really want to stay out of their buisness. If they want to take actions, fine, i'll be right freakin behind them. I dont think they want to press the issue though. Thats why im staying out of the legal *****STOP TYPING AROUND THE WORD FILTERS*****!!!.
But i do promise i'll get him back personally. He lives up there and we can go visit anytime during the week. maybe a quick pop in and out in the middle of the night, he wont even know we were there, LOL

Be careful man, you dont want to get yourself in trouble
i'll be fine, who's to say we cannot leave a spike strip in front of his driveway. the road is a dirt road and a boad with nails in it can be covered with dirt
Dammit!

man that guy better pay. somehow someway he should pay. first i would try the "legal" way. did you have permision to go on the property? if so you and you buddys and/or who ever got ther tires messed up could do something. he didnt destroy the guys property he destroyd your guys property. witch means you guys could take him to claims court for sure. make sure you have proof first. take a picture of all the damage, item that caused the damage if possable, and i would even try to record him saying he did it.
we had an issue like that here. a guy put an eletric fence across a trail "on someone elses property" and wired it up. (it was live) and someone had seen it got off the atv and went to take it down and he got a bad shock. he was down for 10-15 min. until someone found him. i guess hes ok now but anyways the kids found out who did it. they got it all taken care of both leagaly and the other options.

i think i woulda put that plate behind his right rear tire some night so it will ruin his tires when he backs out and cost him some money so he can see how it feels to get "F"ed over and it would be from the plate that he built , to top it off...freakin loser!! like my grand dad use to say there are alot more horses asses than there are horses...;)
Dammit!

No point. It all boils down to people not being able to handle their alcohol.
