I was, havent been on in so long. I still have my CB though, just doesnt have the reach that HAM does. I was a no code, couldnt keep up with the dots and dashes.

I did have a CB and VHF , had to many problems around the house when i started to use them like, computer restarting by it's self, cord less phone started acting weird, hear me though the tv and floor model stereo system. Also the neighbours wheren't to happy about it either so i scraped the hole thing.

Damn, a whole year since I posted this. Anyway, since they dropped the code in January have any of you upgraded?
If any of you want to set up a sched. let me know. I think it would be cool to talk trikes and what not to other 3ww members on HF.

Morse Code. It used to be required to be licensed as a General Class Ham Operator which allows you access to HF frequencies. It is VERY hard to learn. HF frequencies allow you to talk all over the world on a radio and an antenna as simple as a long piece of wire.
