CV Boot install

Time for CV boots on the ATP. Do I need a special tool to crimp down the new boot clamps? If so, would regular hose clamps work, I have a few laying around.

Got everything done, but I can't get the new clamps tight! Is there a trick!? They are a PITA! LOL

If they are like the Polaris Boot Clamps, which they probably are a pair of needle nose vice-grips will do it, but it requires a lot of cursing, Oh yeah they are a motherscratcher , better bring your A game....

I have special tools made just for CV boot clamps. With out them.......well.....I wouldnt even imagine. Take the clamp to a part store and see if they have the tool.

I just picked up CV boot pliers at OReilly's, about to head out and try them. Got my fingers crossed.
