Well the Bearings in the Rear end took a crap on my 03 Z400. Im trying to get to them and ive never had the carrier out before. I have the brake disk and everything off the right side. The carrier bolts are out. but i cant get the nuts that hold the sproket on to budge! My question is i know the nuts are reverse thread of each other. The outside acting as the locknut. Which way do i need to spin the outside nut (closest to the left rear tire) to get it off. looking at the rear or the quad i have a wrench on the nut standing on it.. pushing it down which would be spinning the nut to the right...it doesnt seem to want to spin when i pull up on the wrench either..... anyone know???? thanks alot!:wondering

The nuts are the same thread. you should be pulling up on the outside nut rather then pushing down
