Torque specs for 87 or 85 LT230

I need the torque specs for a 87 or 85 LT230 because i probably have to take the head off of it. I think the piston is siezed in the cylinder. If there is an easy way to check also, please let me know. THANKS!

look through the plug hole- put a lil oil in there
im guessing here- 17-25 foot lbs, is it a o ring gasket ?
