Buy it and I'll hold on to it till you come through to TR :) Not mine but I'll be out that way in a week or so.

Did someone from here get this??????????? I was out bid by ten bucks  I would have gave quite a bit more for it but wasn’t home when it ended also I was bidding against someone who has only been on ebay for a week and I was a little suspicious. Now that I missed it by ten bucks I want to kick myself.

I don't know who got it, but I won the original auction; but was under the reserve. They had initially put a BIN of $1200 on it; lowered it to $985 and I won the auction with $522. They sent me a SCO of $625, which I declined. When they relisted it I offered them $500. They said they already had an offer for more than that; it ended up selling for $560.

Was there a reserve when you won it for $522 ? I was up to $550 Something just didnt seem right. I'm not accusing anyone of shill bidding but I had a bad feeling about it so I just stopped bidding. If you won at $522 and there was no reserve then they must sell you the trike at that price.

I agree with you, something seemed a little odd. When the first auction came out, they said it was an 89, and didn't seem to know much of anything about it. I think he stated he had ridden it around the yard once. He also didn't have a clue what it was worth. Makes me wonder if there is someone out there missing a Tri Z, now that I think about it.
