If the end cap does not clean up real nice, new ones can be had for sure.

Yeah, although it looks pretty beat in those pics. You would be surprised how well these old exhaust pipes clean up. A bit of time with the wire wheel and some BBQ paint. The winner will end up having a real nice piece. Those endcaps and discs along with new bolts can be bought brand new for about $35 or so.
