Looks like an 83-84 with a 81-82 bottom end in it. It does have an aftermarket pipe and a plastic dessert tank on it.

its an 83-4 R with 81-2R rear plastics. if i could get a good look at the rear linkage i could tell you if it is an 83 or 84.
