A trx 450r rear shock works, with a little minor trimming, I will be doing that to mine after a while including a trx 450r swinger and complete rear end

What mods are you talking about ot make that fit on a atc250r? Run without an airbox?

oh yea I already deleted the air box, the rezzy on the trx rear is built on and woul dbe in the way of the air box
