How do you guys ship your tires? I usually box them up but I was wondering if you can shrink wrap them and send them as is?
Any info would be appreciated.

I saw a fella at the post office just use saran wrap on a tire and put a label on it a few weeks ago!!

I've shipped them UPS before with no prep at all. They'll take them unwrapped, stick a shipping label and wrap tape around the tire to hold the label on and ship it just like that. Chris

Might have saved a few bucks by boxing it up.. but depends.
I work for Purolator Courier Ltd.. we charge 10 $ extra for " Special Handling ", and often times the labels slip off the tires and they end up in " Central Unmarks.." they have WALLS stacked 20 ft tall with tires lol...
If you ever ship a tire un-packaged.. like was said above.. Tape the label onto the tire....
