Not the best picture, it's from my wifes camera phone, but we just put our deposit down tonight on my first hunting dog. I picked out a yellow lab female, darkest fox red one from the litter. I'll bring her home the 3rd of february. All the pheasants at my gun club should be worried...

Any name suggestions out there? I like killians.

My yellow lab is almost 9 years old. He weighs 120 lbs. and is the best dog ever. He has never even growled at the grandkids. They can do anything to him. They like to ride him like a horse. When he gets tired of it, he just lays down.

Jasper just came to mind. Killians is definently cool though!

Love dogs, good pick!

The only the problem is that he likes to escape from the backyard and go across the street and swim in the creek.

oh, h2o is no problem, the gun club I belong to owns 400 acres and has a 30 acre pond, she can swim all she wants.

Her preliminary name is killians because the breeders named her red, (killians red), I was told it's bad luck to break the breeders original name.

Tiger was already house broke when we got him. But he still chewed up everything. They shed all the time too.

She won't be my first dog, I have a 2 year old austrailian shep. too, so the chewing and the housebreaking is all the fun stuff that I know about
