Did anyone buy the Cagiva WMX on e-bay? It had a alot of good parts on it. I was at work and couldn't get to it before the auction ended. I wanted the front number plate. If anyone here got it let me know. Thanks.

the 88 cagiva is basically a husky. i have an 89 husky 250 and the only real difference i see at a glance without up close comparison is the gas tank. joe

I don't know if that wasn't a 190cc. I tried to get the guy to go look. I wanted the number plate! What condition is yours in?

Where did you see a 125 from Tricky Dick?

My number plate is trashed I'm getting a repro one to hold me over....I borrowed some old mags and one cagiva ad says "now offering a 125cc model" Basically the same kit for them to slap on a wmx 125.....so there may be a cagiva 125 or two out there:eek:

I've got one of the reproduction plates... They're ok. The problem is that thier undersized. When they made the mold they didn't correct for the mold's reverse. I've got some of the number plate backgrounds and they don't fit.

Nice. For $430 bones...that's a fair price for a rare bike like that. And to think it came from my old stomping grounds in MI.:w00t:
