My buddies both drive Plymouth Reliant's, and they made big cardboard wings, and duct taped them on their car. This was intended to be a joke on the ricers at our school, but whats ironic, is people actually like them. At the last test and tune session at Milan drag way on the 10-23-02 there was a bunch of rice running. Its halariouis, they run like 16's, high 15's, and even a Saturn that ran a mid 17! I couldn't stop laughing. We also saw some real kick ass cars, raod legal, and driven daily that run 11.50@115 or so. It was a 1970 skylark with a 455, .010 decked block .030 over, 10.5-1 pistons, open plenium intake, porting, headers 980cfm carb, and a th350 w/a shift kit and 3200 stall on cheater slicks 3.73 12 bolt rear end. 11.50@115. We about trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro ourselves when we saw that. My buddie just happend to be building and almsot identical 1964 Buick special, which is much lighter than a skylark.

what are these guys thinking?? When I was in High school, in the mid eighties, we still drove muscle cars. even my baby brother drove a 340 Duster. I drove a 68 GT mustang, my girl a Z28, my buddies had 'cuda's, Camaros, Cutlasses, and a GTX, a Cougar Eliminator, and another guy a Mach 1. My how times have changed.
