I love the Bears, but I also like the Colts as well. The Bears simply couldn't get it done with Bart Simson ( err Grossman ) as quarterback. The biggest play for the Bears was the first one, it was down hill after that.
You can't deny the Colts defence has made a complete 180 since the end of the regular season. They dominated the game ( IMO ). Go Manning, You made mistakes, but You Got-er-done.

You must be thinking of Columbus when the Ohio State Buckeye's win a big game.

Rex is a great quarterback, remember that this is just his first full season. Plus what happened to the Bears defense, it takes more than just one player to win a game. Same thing people said about Troy Smith and Ohio State, I'm a huge Gator fan, but I also realize you can't put it all on one player.

wOOT!!!!
'Bought time Manning bought one home for us hoosiers!
I can't beleive the bears even made it as far as the superbowl. Hester is their greatest player. Only consistent one. It was great watching that joke of a QB break down, and the rookie back Addai juke all over overrated-lacher. Though anybody can get by Urlacher, ask Tom brady LOL.
But I wish that the MVP would have gone to my favorite safety, Bob Sanders. Tat man is unbelievable. There isn't one back he can't stop. 1 INT, 1 FF, however many tackles....he was great.

Rex is a horrible QB. He sucked when Chicago picked him up, he sucks now and he'll never be anything better then a back-up. I've never been a fan of the guy and never will. If Chicago had a good QB they might have won that game. I have no idea why anyone defends him. I'd take the tired-out Favre over him!
Oh well, there's nothing wrong with being a Conference Champ! Good season Bears!!!
