Look to me that some $$$$ money was invested in the suspension!

Looks fairly stock to me. It has the factory rear fox shock on it. Front looks stock also except for the strut springs. Just rembmer you can get an easy 70hp out of that motor.

4x4 should help pretty well,, pulling it through the corners

Is the subframe original? I didnt know they made one out of square aluminum tubing. I would agree that the swinger isnt stock, dont know enought about Polaris to say for sure but definetly would say that the guy has plenty of beans and plenty of time invested in it.

rick ritter at rcr racing told me you can get 96 horse out of a polaris 400 2 stroke...cost alot tho.....but in a 400 sport..that would be a sick drag quad.

yes you can get 96 horse out of one, with a stroker crank, big bore kit on alcohol with a huge carb and finely tuned by someone who knows what they are doing. mind you this would be basically a drag only setup. that looks like a stock wheeler with a sway bar and an extended axle on it. i hate sport wheelers with cvt's. the fastest 250R based drag quad uses a polaris 400 top end sleeved and with a stroker crank put out just over 100 horse on alky i think it was a 496cc motor. the cylinder is welded and modded to fit the bottom end... i must add that if the 450's couldnt beat that even if it is ported/bored or whatever they were either not using screws or it was a bunch of 14 year olds that just got their wheeler for christmas from daddy.

maybe i am wrong on that but it looks like the bike has a full aluminum frame...thought they were steel?

well i guess you havent been around any decent running polaris 2 strokes or you just dont know what you are talking about ...........and the cp industries( sabertooth ) is the biggest cylinder that is made to go onto a 250r block ..over 500cc , s and my builder has 1 that has went 3.67 in a ridgid frame with no spray .............................
