This guy is offering a copy of the street legalizing paperwork for a Tri-Z.
He says that you can get easily get your Z street legalized as well using the same paperwork for your bike.

This was possible till 2 years ago, but no longer is because of some environmental stuff.......
So the guy is selling only a piece of worthless paper......
