:w00t: I finally got a new motor off of ebay for my Blaster. The seller said that the motor had just been rebuilt and hasn't been crunk yet. My question is should I pour a dab of oil in the topend before trying to start it or just install it on try to crank it. Thanks!

I would put a small amount of oil in the cylinder, then kick it over several tiems with the spark plug removed. Then fire it up.

Yesterday I went riding with some of my friends there were two 400ex's and two KFX 400's and one Z400 and me with the BLASTER. Well we were playing around doing donuts and riding wheelies well I had been wondering what my Blaster would do compared to the 400's in a drag race I knew I would'nt win but we were all having fun, well I lined up with a Honda what a surprise he didn't win but by about four quad lengths aKFX and he beat me by about four to five quad lengths. We raced approximately 150 yards and these quads didn't start pulling much till I hit fifth gear. I didn't think that was bad for a Blaster all I have done to it so far is a Wiseco piston an IMS crank a K&N airfilter and the airbox lid taken off with the carb rejetted. Can't wait for the Trinity racing exhaust and the Boyesen Reeds and 30 mm carb to arrive. My goal is to get as fast as a stock Z400 and 400ex. All the 400's listed were stock by the way.

That's what i've heard but all the money it would take I would just rather go and buy a Banshee.
