83-85 200x kickstarter spring...updated one??

Can someone tell me if the kickstarter spring in this auction for an 83-85 200x is the updated stiffer spring like the one that came with the update kits for the replacement kickstarter parts?

If I remeber correctly that kit honda offered also came with a new gear. Do a search here on the boards I believe howdy posted an official honda recall.

That isn't the update spring. That is the recoil spring which seldomly goes bad.
