Lookin good. Seems this was a well thought out project that is really taking shape. Stayin inside the frame? Or out the side? I get the impression it's gonna be inside judging by the new silencer. Looks like it will be a very nice POWERFUL machine. Keep us posted.

Very nice!!!! What kind of kicker do you have there?? Does it clear the frame good?? The one on mine works, but could be better.

Its a 80,s yz250 kicker it clears the frame also there,s a spacer behind it that moves it out a little more.

What are you going to do about those notches in the bottom of the frame?
Is that kicker from a Kawi?

I have pices of steel plate to go in the notches.I belive the kicker is from a 89 yamaha yz250.

Your gonna have one Sweet *Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited* Pipe when Rob is done with it!! make shure you get it ceramic coated too!!!!!! He might want to use there own silencer for fitment purpose's and it has to match the pipe for performance. They forgot to put a dynoport tag on my pipe, just remind them you want one.

just constructive criticism , ditch the 86 250r stock carb :) NICE so far though man, i really want to know how it is with that swinger, might be alittle short for all that power? coming along nicely though. let me know what you do in the end for the fenders being in the way of the kicker. i always like to know what the answer to that is (its always differnt with every 500r...) one dude had brackets so the plastics/seat would flip back, some take the fenders/seat off, some cut the fender, some leave them off......
