This may have already been posted but i have not come across this one before and i run auctions all the time , i am running a couple auctions right now and i had a so called ebay member ask a question which i have pasted below DO NOT sign in if you click on the below link it is a scam

Hello, My name is Lise Herndon. I just saw this item of yours and I remember seeing the same item two days ago, take a look: http://213.194.149.20/~casellas/images/eBayISAPI.dll.MyeBay&CurrentPage190072360175=MyeBayMyMessages&ssPageName.html

when you copy and paste this link in to the address bar is takes you to a new page which looks like ebay and asks for your User name and password

however if you take the first part of the link ( http://213.194.149.20 ) it is a foreign hosting site . it is a scam for sure

Anyway if this has already been posted or nothing new to anyone sorry for wasting space, just would hate to see anyone get their ebay account hi-jacked from these scumbags

Yep good call... I know for a fact ebay remembers my password and such on my computer only so when I visit it it puts it in for me... However this page did not do it; damn scammers!

Well whenever you get an email that looks suspicious, you need to right click on the link and hit properties. Then it will bring up the real area that clicking that link will take you. Most of the time its NOT ebay and its someones person page, just snaggin user accounts.

It wasn't an email rather in the( ask seller a question ) within the auction page . i was in my ebay when i noticed that someone had a question for me .

Its called phising or somthing, the adress bar clearly gives the whole trick away. When its an ebay login it should be signin.ebay.com/blah blah. the other one say the users id and images, which is clearly a scam lol/
