i posted most of these before but now its done so ill post them here

we have built around 6 of these and they realy hold up great.

what i did here is add 2 inchs to a 250x/300ex frame and with a plus 2 swingarm it ends up the size of a 400ex

i always lean the 2 tubes in front of the motor forward to make room for a shortened 350x header...plus i think it just looks cool...lol

what we do is run 250r shocks on the front so thats why the shock mount wider and higher

ok got some more pics ...this 250x has a 350x motor and this shows how i like to make the rear upper motor mount.

powroll and other places tell you to cut the cases so you dont have to change the frame at all but that makes your cases real weak....as i found out

the first pic is the motor in my 350rx that had the cases cut to fit in a 250x frame....well it tore off since your cutting about 1/2 the rear mount away.

this is after i fixed it but you get the point.....instead of cutting the motor to fit a 250x frame its better to change the frame

the 3rd pic is just showing the oil cooler and the hard lines

the red frame and the grey frame are two different bikes im building for people but here is a few pics of my buddy's bike that was built about 10 years ago

he uses it hard and has had no frame cracks or breaks at all with these frame mods

ill get pics of these two quads when they are done

Freaking incredible! I've got a 350X & it's insane quick & torquey. I can't imagine what it'd be like in a 250X frame, very, very cool! I'd love to ride one of your machines, do you sell any, or keep 'em in the family?

i sold one stretched 250x hybrid to a guy in maryland but that was my personal bike.

i just build these when someone wants one....mostly friends and family but if you want one maybe we can work something out

Can the 300ex engine still bolt into this frame?

yeah only the rear upper mount is widened so all you would need is a spacer to go back to a 250x/300ex motor

louis my brother could do the frame strech to your 300ex it makes them handle way better. with a plus 2 swinger it'll be the size of a 400ex

Some more pics now that it's painted. the blue is a little light but it matches the works shock springs great.

4th pic shows the decompression lever he is using instead of the automatic one
the 5th pic shows the pro peg nerf bar mounts i made
the last pic is the plus 2'' 250x swingarm made by hreatv.com
