I saw this nice 200X conversion. The guy stuffed a 350X motor into a 200X. Cool and the guy did really nice work. Not sure why?

I dont want to overtake this thread, but I do have a question, is the 350X engine a 2 cyclinder? If not why are there two pipes coming from the engine?

hey, the 350x has 2 exhaust ports, that's a cool way to run the exhaust.

Proof that it can be done! Of course with that much work why bother? I wonder what the weight difference is between that and a stock 350x?

Yeah the 350x is a single cylinder but has 4 valves. The 2 intake valves share one intake port but the 2 exhaust valves each have their own ports.

The power to weight ratio in that thing is awsome.

"I don't know why" isn't referring to why did he do such a nice job, its referring to WHY would someone spend the time and the effort to drop a 350X into a 200X frame? Why not just get a 350X. Some might say that the 350X frame is weak. The 200X frame is going to be over stressed with the additional weight of the 350X motor. More clear now.
