I Have an 01 yamaha blaster. It has a full fmf gold series can on it. With just the pipe on it; the carb was tuned perfect. Now that i put a new reed cage and reeds in it. Should i be expecting to have to re-adjust the air fuel mixture or even probably jet it. If i would have to jet it would i go up or down and how many sizes would you recomend.

I cant go out and test ride because the neighbors dont like that this late so I am just looking for some help for the time being...
Any suggestions would be greaty appreciated

Thanks, Tom

When I installed my V-FORCE 3 reeds on my Blaster I went up one jet size. I have been debating on an exhaust for my Blaster and i'm wondering how does the FMF exhaust sound and perform?

The exhaust works great. I love it. Its very loud though. The ping just screams but performance wise it made a big difference. It is a little on the laud side but it sounds great and performes great...

Yeah if its anything like the gold series on my RM, its pretty loud but it does make a pretty noticable difference in power.
