Is it worth it?

i have a 79 chevy k10 w a 4 in lift and soon to be 35in tires.my axles are the stock 10 bolts. is it worth it to upgrade to a 12 bolt rear and a dana 44 front? i know this aint a truck forum but im askin anyways. thanks

no it isnt ............find a dana 60 and a 14bolt from a 1 ton and put it in there

!4 bolt is the way to go thats what i got, 4:10's almost 250000 miles on em no problems. and they can take almost whatever you can throw at em.

yeah i want a 14 bolt full floater for the rear and a dana 60 but them things are not cheap.
