Guys, have a ground shipment going out to Preddy05 and its on hold with customs on the Canadian side.
Preddy05 needs a customs broker to get the package to clear with customs and get over the border.
DHL left me high and dry, practically hung up on me once they told me what was what.
So he needs to fax them info from a broker and they in turn send me the info to then put on the waybill and fax back to them to put on the box.
ANYONE KNOW A CUSTOMS BROKER HE CAN USE TO GET THIS PACKAGE MOVING AGAIN???
