polaris snowmobiles.

my buddies dad has 2 polaris snowmobiles and said that if i can get them running i can have them. im not sure what the year is on them, probly late 80's early 90's but they havnt been ran in quite a few years, he said when he parked them they ran. but i have a feelin they are going to need a lot of work. anyone here know anything about these machines and how are they to work on? thanks.

friend of mines dad had about 20 of em.....just laying around, he said the older ones were great, pretty easy to work on, but now he wouldnt give them a dollar to own the company....along with the atvs!!!!!!

JUST TAKE THEM AND TRY AND FIX THEM
THE ONLY WAY YOU KNOW HOW EASY SOMETHING IS TO FIX IS IF YOU DO IT YOURSELF

Yeah take em' I have worked on a Polaris sleds a little. I got run running that was sitting outside for a long time (exept this one was like 70s!) If they don't look that bad and you have a little knowledge of 2-strokes I don't think it will be too hard to get em' going again. Personally i don't think much of polaris but, hey good luck :)
