GDH racing - got phone number ? & ? on his Honda OEM rear wheels

My concern is why his adds for OEM Honda rear wheels say the same thing yet have 4 different prices like (approx) 50 55 65 and 75 ?

They all look nice to me but maybe he is pricing each set by the # of minor gouges and scratches?

I wrote to them and didn't hear back from them yet and I'd RATHER just call them.
