what would happen if you got caught taking beer over the border into canada?
i don't mean a truck load of it... i mean just a couple cases.

My guess is MIP (minor in possession) since you're probably a minor, otherwise you would just buy here, but it could mean more trouble since it involves national borders. I suggest you just find a bum and give him a few extra bucks to buy for you, that's what some people I know do. Just be sure you have a big intimidating friend there so he doesn't run off with your money (happened to some guys in my class).

If caught you will have to pay a huge fine. A friend was caught brining a 5th of vodka over without claiming it and had to pay a $140 fine. Just claim it when they ask and the worst is you have to pay taxes. By the way, where do you get beer that only costs $50 for 5 cases?

well what he want is about 12 bucks a case so it would cost me around 60 bucks for 5 cases

30 rack of fine brews such as Natural ice (a personal favorite), Old miluakee, keystone light, and Schaefers costs around 12-13 bucks. Not that i know from experience or anything....

I am pretty sure there is a per person limit on alcohol and tobacco that you can take into Canada. I think it was 12 or 24 cans per person.
