But I got a box with what looks to be a grab bar off a atc70 and some small mud flaps. I had contact once with him in which he said he must have gotten the addresses mixed but by looking at his feedback I don't see and of the stuff I received for sale or sold. I'm not sure how to do a completed auction search. Now I have sent him 3-4 emails and have not heard a thing.

I guess the good thing is he allready left me good feedback so his fate is in my hands. I can file for item not received and get my money back and still leave him negative feedback with out retaliation and keep his stuff. LOL

Go in and request contact info...if you have an item # and have had a transaction you can do that and get his phone number

Receiving parts,claiming not to have gotten them and then getting your money back?? That's stealing. Bad idea. Just get his contact info and call him. Explain the situation. I'm sure the other buyer is wondering WTF?? when his package arrives/arrived. I know...it's a hassle....but in the end, it will work out better for everyone. If he refuses to co-operate...then go thru the proper E-Bay channels.;)

WOW how fuked up. You want to steal from the guy, because he made a mistake.:wondering Maybe the person is away from their computer for a couple of days. I would just do it the right way. If he doesn't get back to you then I would file with ebay & leave bad feedback. Everyone makes mistakes....except me LOL

I can be hard to tell online. You don't get any tone or inflections with the words. Did the guy ever get back to you?

One responce from the seller. He wants me to send the items I got back and if he don't hear from the other guy or get the seat back then he will refund my money. I'm a little edgy about this. He says he has another seat that he will inform me of when it goes on ebay. I say if the other guy doesnt send back my seat I want the other one.

Sorry bout previous posts. I was a little miffed at the time. Ya sarcasm does'nt come across very well.

Well still luck with this seller. I have contacted the other winner of the stuff I got via phone. He stated he never got the seat. Only one other email from seller after leaving several with my phone number. This is getting very frustrating. Any suggestions. I know the usual stuff, file report and leave negative feedback. But man for the price I won the seat for I want the damn thing.

Update.

Other buyer has my seat and is shipping it to me. What a relief. Just goes to show ya that ya need to double check you items you've sold with the addresses. This auction ended a month ago and I'm finally getting my seat. Without communication from both the seller (very little) and the other buyer I doubt I would have ever seen this seat.

That's pretty lame you 2 have to pay to ship each others item. I would tell the seller to pay the shipping or both of you will file against him with ebay. At least you are getting you seat though. I would have to leave negative feedback for crap like that.
