At the top of my screen and bottom where it normally says what site im at, its in some funky language I cant understand. It never used to be like this. I have no idea what I did. Any ideas on how to get it back to english? thanks.

take a screen shot... that will help us determin what lang. it is and how to fix it

ok press "print scrn" on your keyboard. then open up paint. and press CTRL and V gwq

go to control panel ..then "regonal and language settings" then post some more screen shots of each tab

just restore the computer to a day when your internet explorer worked correctly. Easiest way.

well, I just tried 3 system checkpoints and 2 poins that we downloaded something. No luck. Thanks for the idea though. It just stinks that its cheeper to buy a new computer then have someone fix it for me. I ran the virus scan, and spyware, but no luck. This started when I uninstalled SpyDr from my computer today.

ok go to the language tab and click details...check for any thing that DOSENT say english or US

well, i shut it off 100 times last night, and that didnt work. but I left it off for sleep and work, and now its back to normal. Thank you again for your advice.

^^^ Best advice.
I NEVER use IE anymore. Spyware, viruses etc. Most likely its spyware, so use adware or whatever and get rid of it.

Netscape 9.2 for me. I hate IE and Opera.
