Anyone here ever seen fiberglass fenders on the back of a 200x? ? Mine had them on when I bought it. I was wondering how they made them. They are also trimmed down, and narrower than stock plastic. I really wish I had plastic ones tho. I think their going to break pretty easily. They have a few holes in them too.

I have seen 2 sets before. I was told they were stiffer for racing. But I don't know this for a fact.

They used to sell them through JC Whitney. At least you can repair fiberglass!

my mini tecate has actual fiberglass fenders. It was much easier back then to make fiberglass molds than to vaccum form plastic. I am very surprised that the mini's fenders are mostly intact. They are pretty stiff, but like yours, have some holes, and the edges are pretty ratty. I think Im gonna try some ATC 70 rears in white, but we'll see. the mini is causing lots of problems, lots of parts that need replacing need to be fabricated. :x
