moto 4 225 wont fire

i cant get this pos to fire. i checked timing and its dead on. i adjusted the valves and checked them. its also getting fuel. it also has tons of compression. im stumped here. by the way its a 88 moto 4 225.

Is it all together? I've had similar problems with a 110, it had all the parts needed to run, but it just DIDN'T. Try some starting fluid and half-throttle...

i have it all complete. ive bin working on it for 3 days and its on the path of being dumped over the cliff. ive tryd everything. ive gone thew everything at leas 2 times or so. im lost.

Spark? Honestly, I have no bloody idea.

its a solid blue spark. even when i hold the plug 1 inch from the engine it still has a sharp blue spark. its getting plenty of fuel. like i said ive gone threw every thing 2 or 3 times minimum.

by the way guys can anyone tell me the carb specs for this dam thing ? its a 1988 moto 4 225. it has high/low/ reverse and electric start . if all that matters.
