Just picked up a 200S. Wondering if I can mount a tow ball on rear like the big red 250's have. What would I have to get to do this? Do I have to look for parts from big red, or does anybody sell aftermarket kit?

There are a couple types on ebay that would work for you. Most of them can handle about the same load, its just looks preference.

i made one myself one night and its simple and it works great. i took 2 exhaust clamps (2 1/2" i think? it fits the carrier perfect) and put them on the carrier, but before i put the nuts on i drilled 4 holes in a metal square and fastened it to the exhaust clamps with the exhaust clamp nuts. theres another plate with a 1" hole(for a pin or a ball) welded to the square plate, with a gusset on the bottom. seems to work great.
