Another reason for high shipping is that ebay does not charge fees on the shipping cost or it could be an honest mistake. I was looking at an item I was interested in and it had a high shipping cost and I email the seller to ask if that was correct. He then later changed it to a reasonable amount.

117.50 for me, I know that trick I used to do that when I sold homemade cd's of party spots. You bump the shipping up some to make money. It is now against ebay rules, but you have to prove it. They will just say it is handling fee on ther part. Wrapping, boxing, etc etc
