just picked this and changing all the fluids can you guys tell me the types and the capacitys...whats the best

Brake fluid,Dot #4 synthetic is great for heat resistance.
Trans oil,any good 10w30 or 10w40 works good.Right around 1 and 3/4 quarts if I remember correctly.They have a dipstick so start with 1 and 1/4 qts and go from there.Make sure you start it and stop it and recheck the level.
Antifreeze,I run a 60 percent water and 40 percent coolant for the summer,and then go 50-50 in the winter.I have heard Koolaid and the like works well in them.Banshee's do tend to run hot in tight trails.
Premix,depending on jetting and such 40-1 with maxima or Klotz or any other good synthetic oil with premium 93 octane or higher pump gas.
