coldair intake and a cat back exhaust, bigger injectors, port and polish, better headers, turbo... etc.

Put a 5.slow in it.

Nah dude what year is it? The 94-98's had the 3.8L Single port and the newer ones have splitport. Basically, you can do gears, like 3.73's or 4.10's, and other than that I don't know. But cold air intakes are mostly for looks as they really don't do much. The best place to look is http://3.8mustang.com/forum/index.php . They have lots of great info even though most of the guys over there are dicks and will flame the piss out of you if you don't have a car that resembles theirs in looks but oh well.

Maybe thats why you get flamed so much. You obviously don't know jack about it. It has been proven that freer flowing intakes and exhausts WILL give an increase in performance and throttle response AND increase your gas mileage.:welcome::naughty:

yes, CAI, for the price isnt really worth is, gears are the best thing you can do. then you could do an h/c/i swap if you got the cash, that will really waken your engine up, try a hp cam, hc pistons, theres a bunch to do, look around, im not to firmiliar with the 3.8 so i cant give much more advice than that
