I know alot of you guys are intrested in the outcome of my little fiasco a few months back. Basically,, I ended up getting $1000 per bike. Thats after all other fees and bullcrap that goes along with something like this. Also, all charges were dropped.

I ended up spending about $200 on the tri z to get it back up to par. (still looking for a few parts: black airbox ocver, either a black #plate or headlight setup and a new seat cover) and all though the SX has treated me well.. Its time for her to move on. :( (it's listed in the classifieds both here and 3wheeler.org)

I'm going to keep the Z for a while because I havent really had a chance to get seat time on it. Although I think the bikes geared a little high for the rough terrian around here. The 250 and 230 will be sold off and I'll start looking for some sort of smaller cc dirt bike for my son to tear around on. and yes,, I wont be riding anywhere around my house anytime soon! :D

Well not much really. charges were also dropped on him. a protection order and if something happens in the future.. I got all this on record.

I plan on not riding around the property so I shouldn't have any more trouble. well I'm hoping..
