All I can say is,
SOOO GREEEEN!!!
It looks like any other enduro-type bike. I'd check the usual suspects, make sure the engine has no oil leaks and other dead giveaways, check the frame and suspension for wobbly stuff (swingarm, other stuff) and make sure nothing is cracked or broken.
Power on those is probably down there, not much torque because it's a small-bore. It will get your around the trails OK, but don't expect to be blasting around the MX track on it
I wouldn't pay more than 500 or so for it. It's really old, in surprisingly good shape, but old nonetheless. Unless it some ultra rare collector's machine, I would buy it just to use as a daily-driver. It's probably street legal, or can be made street legal very easily (just add license plate and turn signals...). It should be great on gas too, if you decide to get it as your "ride to work" rig.

I have one and I like it, real reliable, not as powerfull as my Yz490 by no means, but smooth. more power than my 95xr100

i had one 3 years ago. its fun to put around on them but they dont have any speed or real power. a newer 80cc mx bike would smoke it.
